 Don’t forget, we can arrange for the opening of your bank accounts in Spain, and can also arrange for the transfer of your funds for your deposits, and the transfer of your monthly repayments. If you need equity from your UK property we can also help you with equity release via a re-mortgage.

At all times, we will be available to guide you through the financial aspects of purchasing in Spain. Through ourselves, and our associates, we can offer expert advice, from a variety of backgrounds including Real Estate, Law, Banking and Accountancy both from here in Spain, and in the UK.

With our experience, we can save you thousands, over the length of the mortgage, by negotiating only the best rates for you, right at the start. The fee will be agreed with you in advance and is payable, only on the promise of a valid mortgage offer from your Spanish lender. 

Please be assured that this fee is fully refundable, should the mortgage offer not be made. There is no charge whatsoever, for our advice and consultancy, and we will always be available, for any queries whatsoever, after your satisfactory transaction. We are here to help, whenever possible.
