We have all heard many stories of purchasers being misled by unscrupulous estate agents out to make a quick profit. You won’t get that here. We live and work in this beautiful area, and are part of this local community. We are here to stay!
If you’re buying.........
We will not, under any circumstance, mis-represent a house that we sell. If it’s in great condition and ready to move into, we’ll tell you. If it’s not in the best of conditions, or needs lots of improvement or a full re-furbishment, we’ll tell you that too. That way, we don’t waste your time, or ours
Any land we sell, will be in two main categories. It will either have a licence to build, or not. If it has a licence, we will advise you what you should be able to build, although of course, your chosen Lawyer will check that out for you too. If the land doesn’t have a license to build, it will only be offered for sale as “Investment Land”. That doesn’t necessarily mean that you can’t build on the land, it just means that a license hasn’t yet been granted. We will then advise you of the chances of a successful application, and the probable time-scale involved. Investment land is always much less expensive than land with a current license. You only get what you pay for, but Investment land can be exactly what it says...... a very good investment, if you are prepared to wait a while, and do a little bit of research and some leg-work yourselves!
